Terms of Service.

These terms govern use of Supermail, the email infrastructure layer provided as part of Superfolio. By using Superfolio — and therefore Supermail — you agree to these terms.
1. Service description
Supermail provides email alias infrastructure for use within Superfolio. Access to Supermail is available exclusively through a Superfolio account. There is no standalone Supermail subscription or API.
2. Acceptable use
Supermail aliases may only be used for legitimate job application communication. You may not use Supermail aliases to send unsolicited email, distribute spam, operate a mail relay, conduct phishing campaigns, impersonate other individuals or organisations, or violate any applicable law or regulation.
3. Prohibited conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited: using aliases to send or receive communications related to fraud or deception; attempting to reverse-engineer or interfere with Supermail routing infrastructure; creating aliases in bulk for purposes other than genuine job applications; and any use that could harm the reputation or deliverability of the supermail.cv domain.
4. Account responsibility
You are responsible for all activity that occurs through aliases associated with your account. Keep your Superfolio account credentials secure. Report any suspected unauthorised use immediately.
5. Service availability
Supermail aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned and unplanned maintenance may affect alias availability. Superfolio and Supermail are not liable for losses resulting from service interruption.
6. Termination
Aliases associated with your Superfolio account will be deactivated upon account closure. Superfolio reserves the right to suspend or terminate alias service for accounts found in violation of these terms, without prior notice in cases of serious abuse.
7. Changes to terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of Supermail after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via your Superfolio account email.
