Supermail
Your Supermail ID for every job application
Recruiter emails, ATS notifications, and cold outreach all land in the same inbox - with no way to tell what's real, who sold your email, or whether a company actually reviewed your application.
Supermail gives every application its own Supermail ID and keeps your Superfolio tracker in sync automatically. One system, from portfolio page to recruiter reply.
How it works
Recruiter emails become
structured application data.
Instead of manually updating job trackers, your timeline in Superfolio follows the actual conversation with recruiters. Supermail sits between your inbox and Superfolio, processing signals silently in the background.

Automatic status updates
Status updates that follow
real recruiter emails.
When recruiters reply to a Supermail ID, Supermail parses the email and classifies the signal - interview request, rejection, offer, or general follow-up. Superfolio reflects the change immediately.

What's included
Built for the full
application lifecycle.
Unique Supermail ID per application
Every job application gets its own Supermail ID. Hiring conversations stay organized, separated, and traceable - no cross-contamination between roles or companies.
Automatic job tracker updates
Recruiter replies are parsed and translated into status updates inside Superfolio. No manual entry. Your application timeline reflects reality.
Inbox separation
All job application email flows through your Supermail IDs before reaching you. Your personal inbox stays clean and uncluttered.
ATS detection
Supermail identifies the hiring platform from sender domains and email metadata - Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, and others - automatically categorizing your applications.
Source tracking
Know exactly which companies emailed you and which ones sold your address. Each Supermail ID is tied to a specific application - so the signal is always traceable.
Privacy-first infrastructure
Supermail does not sell or share candidate data. Email content is processed solely to power Superfolio tracking features. Your application data is yours.
How it fits together
One system, from
application to reply.
Supermail is built into Superfolio. Every time you save a job, a Supermail ID is created automatically - no setup, no separate account, no configuration. Your portfolio link, Supermail ID, and application tracker are all connected from the moment you hit save.

FAQ
Common questions.
How is my Supermail ID address created?
When you save a job in Superfolio, a unique Supermail ID is generated using the company name and your personal subdomain - for example, figma@joyce.supermail.cv.
Can I use a custom domain?
Coming soon. Custom domain support will let you receive application emails on your own domain - for example, adobe@joyce.com.
Can I remove a Supermail ID?
Yes. Deleting a job application from your Superfolio dashboard removes the associated Supermail ID. You can also disable the Supermail ID feature entirely from your Superfolio settings.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Email content is stored securely and is never shared with third parties.
Is Supermail free?
Supermail is included with all Superfolio plans. There is no separate subscription or setup required.
What happens to my Supermail IDs if I close my Superfolio account?
All Supermail IDs linked to your account are permanently deactivated when you close your account. Incoming emails will no longer be forwarded.
